Test Format
The test has two parts — you must pass both in the same sitting:

🔹 One hazard perception clip has 2 hazards, the rest have 1 each. Clicking too early scores 0!
Booking & Cost
💷 Test Fee: £23 (book and pay online via gov.uk)
• Book online: gov.uk/book-theory-test
• You'll need: provisional licence number, email, payment card
• You can book up to 24 weeks in advance
🔹 Your theory certificate is valid for 2 years. You must pass your practical test within this time!

Recent Change (2026)
🔹 From 2026, DVSA added CPR/AED first aid questions to the theory test. This adds no extra cost, time, or difficulty — it's integrated into the existing question bank.
